Welcome to Espresso Lab

Congratulations on being accepted into the Espresso Lab accelerator program! This guide will help you understand our program structure, expectations, and how to make the most of your time with us.

Program Structure

The program is divided into three main phases:

  • Phase 1: Discovery (Weeks 1-6) - Focus on market validation and customer discovery.
  • Phase 2: Build (Weeks 7-12) - Develop your MVP and refine your business model.
  • Phase 3: Scale (Weeks 13-18) - Go-to-market strategy and investor preparation.

Weekly Commitments

Weekly advisor check-ins (30 min)
Cohort workshops (2 hours)
Mentor sessions (as scheduled)
Task completion (ongoing)
